Stress Coach education is now available online

Our long time proven and professional Stress Coach education is now available online, and we are so very proud of it. We have worked with our stress coach training for more than a decade, and it has been constantly improved and expanded, as new research is continuously viewed, considered, tried out and implemented.

At Coaching Academy USA we are extremely passionate about stress coaching and its amazing results, and we hope you will join us and become one of our new Stress Coaches.

are getting ready to be published online, and we are very excited about that.

It has been hard working getting the coaching educations ready as online training, and we are extremely proud of the results. As for everyone else our passion drives the work, and we are very passionate about education and about educating coaches to help their clients become stress free, sleep better or cope with anger issues. This is such important work and our trained coaches are doing a great job out there. But more are needed!

The world stress is used frequently today

The world stress is used frequently today, and perhaps even too frequently and whenever we experience a very busy period in our life. But being very busy and being stressed is not the same thing!

When we are busy, for example before an important and urgent deadline, we may experience some stress symptoms such as many thoughts, problems with sleep, headaches or perhaps an upset stomach. Those are normal reactions for many people, whenever we are busier than normal and perhaps feeling pressured.

And when the deadline is over and the project is handed in, most of us return to normal and we feel like ourselves again. This is being busy.

Having stress is pretty much the same scenario, however after the deadline is over and the work situation is back to normal, we still experience stress symptoms. They didn’t disappear with the urgent work assignment and perhaps now they are even becoming worse. This is stress, and this is when we need to stop and change things!

So, if you still feel poorly after a hectic period in your life, if your head is still spinning with thoughts about work, deadlines or other stuff – and you can’t seem to stop those thoughts – even at times when you should be most relaxed – this is when it’s time to reach out and talk with a professional stress coach.

And please keep in mind that untreated stress can lead to both depression, anxiety and other issues, so please do not take it lightly if your stress symptoms do not disappear after a very busy time in your life.
